Account and registration

Go to the member login page and click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your email address or username. We send you a password-reset link via email within subject to verification. Click the link, set a new password, and log in. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our live-chat team. We can verify your identity and send a new link. If you created your account in Jakarta, Surabaya, or another major city in Indonesia, our support team is available during business hours to assist.

Contact our live-chat team and request a data deletion. Alternatively, email our support address directly. We confirm your identity by asking verification questions (account opening date, last payment method, recent bet slip number). Once verified, we submit your request to our data-management team. We process deletion requests within 14 business days. We retain betting records and account data for 7 years for regulatory compliance; after that retention window, we securely delete all remaining personal data. You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Payments and transactions

We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on flexi. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, the full amount goes into your account. When you request a withdrawal, we send the funds back to your original payment method at no cost. Some payment providers (for example, your bank or digital wallet) may charge their own processing fees — those are separate from flexi and appear as charges on your statement from that provider, not from us. Yes. We support all four major Indonesian banks. You can deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet direct bank transfer. When you select the bank-transfer option on flexi, we provide you with a unique account number and reference code. Transfer the amount to that account using your bank's mobile app or ATM. The deposit clears within one to two hours on business days. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other public holidays, bank processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals to your bank account also process within one business day on average. If your withdrawal does not arrive within 48 hours, contact our support team and provide your withdrawal reference number.
