Installation Steps for Android APK
Follow these four steps to install the flexi app on your Android device. The process is the same whether you are using a Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, or any other Android manufacturer.

Download the APK file
Visit the flexi download link on this page and tap "Download APK". The file is about 40 MB and saves to your Downloads folder.

Enable unknown sources
Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. This allows Android to install apps from outside the Play Store.

Install the app
Open your Files app, navigate to Downloads, tap the flexi APK, and select "Install". Installation takes 30–60 seconds.

Launch and log in
After installation, tap "Open" or find the flexi icon on your home screen. Enter your username and password, and your account is ready to use.
App vs. Browser — Which Should You Use?
Both the flexi app and web browser provide the same games, betting markets, and payment methods. The app has two technical advantages. First, offline cache: if your network drops during a match, the app can still display odds and settlements from its local store. The browser must reload from the server, so you see a blank page until reconnection. Second, push notifications: the app alerts you instantly when a match starts, when your DANA or e-wallet deposit clears, or when your weekly cashback is credited. You can customize notification settings in the app menu.
Speed is often faster on the app because it loads game data on startup rather than fetching every page from the server. On slower 3G or 4G networks, the app feels noticeably snappier. However, the web browser is lighter on storage — it uses no device space beyond your browser cache. If your phone is nearly full, stick with the browser. Both methods keep you fully logged in to your flexi account and can access the same balance, transaction history, and withdrawal queue.
Device Compatibility and System Requirements

Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If the APK fails to install, the most common cause is that "Unknown Sources" is disabled in your security settings. Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your file manager, and toggle the permission on. Then try installing again. If you see a certificate warning during installation, this is normal — our APK is signed with our own certificate, not Google's. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the app crashes immediately after launch, try clearing the app cache: Settings → Apps → flexi → Storage → Clear Cache. Then restart the app. If crashes persist, uninstall the app, restart your device, and reinstall. These steps resolve over 95 per cent of installation problems. Data Usage, Permissions, and Account Security
The flexi app requires internet access (WiFi or mobile data) to fetch odds, place bets, and process deposits. On a typical session, the app uses 5–15 MB of data per hour, depending on how often you refresh odds and view live video. The app requests permissions for device storage (to cache odds and game data), internet access, and notifications. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, or location. Your account login is encrypted on transmission and at rest on the device. If you log out of the app, it clears your session tokens but retains your device ID for faster login next time. If you lose your phone, we recommend requesting a password reset from our website — this invalidates any sessions active on that device. Withdrawals always require email verification from a registered email address, so a stolen phone alone cannot drain your account.
